Then as now, the requirement is that the table reach a tilt of 28deg without the bus tipping over. This test is a pass.

I believe the upper deck also needs to be loaded with the lower deck empty, as a worst-case scenario. The same test is done for the buses in Hong Kong. Would be cool to confirm.
